RK JOINERY CONTRACTED TO REFURBISH HOTEL

RK Joinery and Building have been contracted to completely refurbish one of the Isle of Skye's top hotels. The Marmalade Hotel now under the ownership of Perle Hotels is having a complete renovation from the ground floor up.

 

The new build will see a completely re-designed ground floor with larger seating area and re-designed bar. Speaking of the renovation Managing Director Robert Macqueen added:

"After a successful refurbishment of the Bosville Hotel last year, we are pleased to announce that we will be completing the refurbishment of the Marmalade Hotel to be open for the 2017 season. We will be changing the layout from 8 rooms to 11 rooms by converting the existing cellar and the hotel will be enhanced to a 4 star standard from the existing 3 star. We are also turning the bar in to a lounge bar and restaurant."

 

RK Joinery currently have several team members on site preparing the workspace. The enhanced hotel looks to capitalize on the booming tourist industry currently being experienced by the Isle of Skye.
